Website rebranding

An existing website redesigned without losing what already works well.

Talk about your project↗︎

Not a fixed package. A clear role.

We identify what is holding the current website back and build on its strongest parts. We bring the content, design, usability and development into line. This can be a focused redesign or a complete technical rebuild, including migration and redirects.

You will recognise this if:

  • 01Your business has grown, but your website still tells the story of a few years ago.
  • 02Visitors do find you, but drop off before they get in touch.
  • 03The current site has value you do not want to lose, such as Google rankings or strong content.
  • 04Small changes take more and more effort because the technology is outdated.
HOW WE APPROACH IT

We retain what has value and replace exactly what is holding the website back.

02A

Audit

Content, technology, data and current search value are made visible.

02B

New direction

The strongest parts gain a distinctive and coherent direction.

02C

Rebuild

Interface, content and technology are renewed as one system.

02D

Transition

Migration, redirects and launch protect visitors and search visibility.

WHAT CAN BE DELIVERED

What we can deliver.

  1. 01

    Website audit and content plan

We map what works and what does not: content, technology, speed, search value and analytics.

  2. 02

    New visual direction

A contemporary look that matches the quality of your work and builds on what people already recognise.

  3. 03

    UX and interface redesign

Navigation and pages reorganised around what visitors look for and what you want them to do.

  4. 04

    Technical rebuild or further development

A new technical foundation where needed. Where possible, we build on what is already there.

  5. 05

    Migration and redirects

Content moves over carefully and every old URL leads to the right new page, so visitors and Google keep finding you.

  6. 06

    Hosting and maintenance on request

If you like, we take care of hosting, updates and small changes after launch, so the site stays fast and secure.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Your input

  • Access to the current website and hosting, and to Google Search Console and analytics if you have them.
  • Your view of what works well and what has been bothering you for a while.
  • Someone who decides what stays and what goes.
  • Brand files and imagery you want to keep.
PLANNING & INVESTMENT

What sets the planning

  • The size of the current site and how many pages move over
  • A redesign on the existing technology or a complete rebuild
  • How much content needs rewriting or new photography
  • Connections and features that must move to the new site

After a short introductory call you receive a proposal with fixed parts, planning and investment. No vague provisional items.

QUESTIONS / 02

What people often ask.

Ask your own question↗︎
01Will I lose my Google rankings with a rebrand?

Not if the move is handled carefully. Beforehand we record which pages bring traffic and rankings, set a redirect for every old URL and check Search Console after launch. A temporary fluctuation is normal. Preventing lasting loss is the goal.

02Does everything have to be redone, or can part of it stay?

The audit decides that. Sometimes a new design on the existing technology is enough, sometimes rebuilding is wiser in the long run. Both routes are explained to you before you choose.

03Will my brand identity stay the same?

That is up to you. We can work within your existing identity or develop it further for digital. Recognition for existing customers always counts.

04How much does a website rebrand cost?

That depends on what stays and what has to be redone. After the first exploration you receive a proposal with fixed parts, planning and investment, without vague provisional items.
